A Popular Entrée from the Central Vietnamese Province of Hue. This Soup has Sliced Beef, Pork Meatballs, Ham Hock, Cilantro, Onions and is Served in a Tasty, Spicy Broth. The Rice Noodle is Different, in that it is Almost as Thick as Spaghetti Noodles. It Comes with a Side of Shredded Cabbage, Bean Sprouts, Lime and Mint Leaves.
