Considered to be one of Taiwan's premium teas, this popcorn is made with tea leaves from the famous Alishan region of Taiwan. Alishan black tea has a smooth, full-bodied taste with a hint of floral and honey notes and a slightly smoky finish rounded out by the maltiness of the milk.

Shibata Pink "Cloudy Sake" is velvety and smooth. To sip it is to enjoy orange and cherry blossom notes, with a sharp dryness. This Nigori has a Junmai Ginjo base, using ginpu rice from Hokkaido, an amazing sake rice that gives this sake its mellow and rich depth. ABV: 15%

Panda cup is, like so many of my favorite sake, classically Gifu style: rich, broad, ricey, even custardy, but what stands apart about Panda is that it has a nice dry finish at the end. Can we say that it's Panda-like in nature? Fuzzy, soft, big in the center, but with a little sharpness at the end 180ml ABV: 15%

The yuzu fruit used is from Shibata's local farm and is all organic. Shibata Black Yuzu is made with a junmai sake base using Ginpu rice from Hokkaido, which is clear and crisp thanks to the short growing season. The yuzu is squeezed with the skin left on so that the powerful aromatic oils in the skin are integrated into the sake and the light bitterness of the pith helps balance out the sake's light sweetness. Each individual yuzu fruit yields only about 20ml of juice. Brought to you in a unique 200ml flask which we like to call "Pocket Sake". ABV: 8%

Exciting spicy pepper notes trace behind the fruit on the nose and ride over the soft, fine tannin. Dynamic and rewarding now on release, this wine will be supple and luxurious by early 2025 and the "yum quotient" will surely rise exponentially. Even now, with a few minutes of air the 50% Syrah takes command, getting darker and bolder, harkening for grilled red meat. Another dried herb, menthol layer appears, showing future evolution and complexity. ABV: 14%

This process gives Yamabuki its rich, fragrant aroma and smooth texture. It dissolves effortlessly, making it an ideal ingredient for a wide range of recipes, from teas and lattes to sweets and desserts. Enclosed within the pouch is a generous portion of 60g of Uji Hojicha.
